Publication Fees

All manuscripts accepted for publication in the Technical Research Journal are published free of charge, with no publication, review, or processing fees required from authors. The journal aims to support researchers and enable the widest possible dissemination of scientific output without financial barriers. An exception applies to papers submitted through scientific conferences that request publication of their proceedings in the journal, for which a publication fee of 200 Libyan Dinars per paper is charged.
